Q1. I can’t hear the other party or the other party can’t hear me while in talking?
A1. Go to “Skype->Preferences->Audio”, set Audio output and Audio input to USB Audio Device
Q2. No voice comes out when I play music.
A2. Go to “System Preferences->Sound” and set the Output and Input sound device to your Built-in Audio
Q3. I can’t play music through the my speakers
A3. Go to “System Preferences->Sound”, set the Output and Input sound device to our Audio/Sound Device. Make sue you didn’t mute the Output volume.
SimplyExchange
User can change DistributionType in software as below:
1. Open SimplyExchange\bin\cfg\SimplyExCenter.cfg
2. Edit DistributionType = 2
3. Restart the SimplyExCenter.exe
If you do not have the right program to open "SimplyExCenter.cfg "please use Notapad program instead.
